Get to know David

You do not have to walk through the valleys of life alone. There are many factors and reasons that can lead to difficult seasons in our lives, and I’m here with the training, tools, and desire to step into your story with you.

My holistic approach to counseling is rooted in cognitive behavioral theory and tailored to your personal story and unique needs. My first priority is to create an environment where you know you will be seen and heard. I will build a foundation of trust and respect where no thought, feeling, or struggle is unwelcome. I’m here to explore the depths of your story with you: to tackle tough issues you may be facing today, to uncover the beliefs you have about yourself or situations in your life, and to unpack past experiences and hurts. We will walk this road together.

While I’m not in my office, I enjoy spending time with my beautiful wife exploring nature and introducing our daughter to the world around her. I also enjoy hunting, fishing, camping, and processing wood for my wood stove. Anything that gets me outdoors is cool with me!
