Get to know Christy

Life can feel heavy at times. Often, we just need someone to walk alongside us, someone to listen and to help us find our way. I’m not sure what you are facing or what it’s like to be you today, but I do know that there are times when we know what we’re searching for, and times when we don’t. Deep down you may desire something different, something emotionally/mentally/physically healthier.

Offering a safe and supportive space for you to share your burdens and process life’s challenges is something I strive to do. Life isn’t meant to be faced alone. Processing through life with someone you can trust can help bring hope, healing, and clarity. If you’re here, you’ve already taken a courageous first step, and I’d be honored to be part of your journey.

I believe in meeting you where you are with an open mind and a kind heart. My experience in a variety of settings has given me the ability to support many individuals from all walks of life. Whether you’re navigating emotional pain, difficult transitions, or simply trying to figure out what comes next, I would love to support you in your journey.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, designing and making shirts and sweatshirts (or anything else you can print on!), being on or near the water, taking walks, and spending time at our family’s summer cottage. Quiet and intentional moments are important to me, too—as they help me stay grounded and balanced.
