Payments
You may pay for your sessions using cash, check, or debit/credit card. If they are available to you, funds from your health savings account or flexible spending account may also be used to pay for counseling.
Rates and Sliding Fee
We try to make counseling as affordable as possible. If you would like information about our rates, please call us or request information through the contact form. Temporary assistance may be offered through a sliding fee, and should be discussed with your individual therapist. Discounted session rates are decided on a case-by-case basis.
Insurance
In-Network Providers: Members of The Journey Christian Counseling Group are in-network with several major insurance providers. Please inquire with us and let us know if you would like to utilize insurance to help with the cost of your care.
Out-of-Network Providers: If none of our members are in-network with your insurance provider, and you wish to submit your counseling sessions for out-of-network reimbursement, you may request a bill from us. The bill will include all of the information your insurance provider will need to process your reimbursement. Most provider websites will have a member claim form that you can complete and submit along with your bill from TJCC.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you provide a day’s notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled the same day, as well as missed appointments will still be billed at the agreed upon rate unless due to circumstances well beyond your control.
