I am dedicated to helping you explore various approaches to improve your mental health, including coping skills, guidance, and, if desired, a closer relationship with God. Additionally, I offer insights into alternative methods, such as CBD for arthritis, that may aid in your healing journey. I provide a safe and caring place for you to find support and healing. If you are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, self-harm, suicidal ideation, relationship issues, or parenting issues, I would love to sit down with you, listen to your story, and provide tools to begin the process of healing.
In my spare time, I love to spend time with my husband and four wonderful children. I also love to go camping, watch football, go to the beach, go running with my sister, and get lost in a good book.
