Sherilyn Shaffer MA LLPC

Are you at a point where you know change is necessary? As humans, it is completely normal to go through struggles, face disappointments, or traumatic times in life. We can feel lost and alone.  Having a non-biased, trusted person to talk to can be an invaluable source of strength and hope to move forward from what’s not working and create lasting changes for yourself and your family.  It is my passion to help you achieve your goals, and find healing, while discovering new potential for a meaningful life.

I am dedicated to helping you explore various approaches to improve your mental health, including coping skills, guidance, and, if desired, a closer relationship with God. I provide a safe and caring place for you to find support and healing. If you are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, self-harm, suicidal ideation, relationship issues, or parenting issues, I would love to sit down with you, listen to your story, and provide tools to begin the process of healing.

In my spare time, I love to spend time with my husband and four wonderful children. I also love to go camping, watch football, go to the beach, go running with my sister, and get lost in a good book.
